Application and Admission Procedures
I. How to Apply
Please submit admission application between 1st March and 20th July of each year, you may submit in the following ways
A. To submit through online admission in this website
B. To download and fill out the application form, and send it by post, fax or email
II. Admission Procedures
1. When your admission is approved, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine will send you a letter of Admission and a Visa Application for Study in China (JW202) issued by the ministry of education of China.
2. Please take your passport, letter of Admission, JW202 to local China embassy to apply for study visa (x visa)
3. After successfully got an X visa to China, Please take the following documents to register in the International Education College of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine
A. Letter of Admission
B. Copy of Highest Academic Degree or Diploma Certification
C. Transcripts of your Highest Academic Education
D. Passport
